New updates and improvements to Kodecrew.
Roles Levels
The new role feature adds levels to your organizational roles to align with your organization's org chart. Kodecrew admins can easily drag and drop roles into different levels to update them. The flow for adding roles remains the same.
Github Integration
Users can now connect their kodecrew account with Github. With the Github intergration feature you will be able to see on the dashboard: - The average cycle time of the first commits to pull request merge - How many merged pull requests completed per week - Commit timestamps
Holiday & Weather
The new holiday feature in Kodecrew allows users to calculate the number of holidays in the past week for any selected country. Note that it only displays national public holidays and will not show observance holidays. The weather feature in Kodecrew enables users to identify weather conditions for the past week in any selected country.
Look at Me Dot
"Look at Me Dot" adds a fun new interaction to flag pending evaluations on the mobile app! If there are any pending reviews, you'll see an interactive blue dot over the evaluation icon!
Improved Schedule UI
With the new schedule design, kodecrew admin users can select different evaluation frequencies. You'll be able to select 3 new additional schedules: bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly. The admin will also be able to turn on/ off the schedule notification, and select the notification frequencies all in one location.
Team Criteria
Kodecrew admin users can now create criteria at the team level. The criteria can be deactivated and activated for your team too! The dashboard will now display people criteria and the team criteria. This criteria will provide a score for the whole team and requires each team member to review the criteria on the set schedule.
Slack
Slack integration enables the dashboard to display the amount of plubic message sent from their slack account. Note that it will display messages sent to public channels.
Google Workspace Integration
Users can now connect their Kodecrew account with Google Workspace. With the Google integration feature, you will be able to see on the dashboard: - Number of Gmails Emails sent - Number of Gmail emails received - Number of meetings scheduleds - Number of emails received & sent - Number of online meeting attended (any online meeting platform) - Email read (based on email being open) - Hours spent in online/scheduled meetings - Lonely meetings (where there is the only one attending the meeting)
Shoutout
You'll now be able to share your team members accomplishment with the new shoutout feature on the kodecrew mobile app. Shoutout are positive messages about your fellow team members that you would want to celebrate!
Add Events
Kodecrew users can now add meetings, 1-1 and any other performance related meetings with the event feature. Use the historical data to keep track of events and graph to see how it impacts the user performance over a period of time.

New Evaluation Display
The new mobile look will let you see your individual and team criteria. We have added new colors to display the time frame between evaluations. You are also able to select any pending reviews from the list to review.
Dashboard Company wide metrics
You can now see company wide metrics in the admin dashboard. You will have access to key productivity metrics with one click. Just click on the plus sign to add any metrics to the dashboard and get a better performance overview of your organization.
Microsoft Integration
Users can now connect their kodecrew account to their Microsoft account. With the Microsoft integration feature, you will be able to see on the dashboard: - Number of meetings scheduled - Number of emails received & sent - Number of online meeting attended (any online meeting platform) - Email read (based on email being open) - Hours spent in online/scheduled meetings - Lonely meetings (where you are the only one attending the meeting)
Focus Mode
The focus function gives any user the ability to set a timeframe where all communication channels are closed off. Like emails, messages and meeting requests. Users are able to define their hours and minutes that they would like to be in focus mode. The web dashboard view gives added visibility of when someone is in active Focus Mode and their focus duration history.
Jira Integration
With the new Jira integration you can keep an eye on everything such as the total number of issues made and changed to individual project data. Just connect your Jira Project to your Kodecrew account to start displaying the metrics on your Admin Dashboard. Some of the key metrics you will be able to see on the dashboard are : - Issue types - Priority Distributions - Status Tracking - Issue Age - Sprint Velocity
Out of Office (OOO)
With our new OOO feature, users are able to schedule their out-of-office dates directly within their kodecrew app. To schedule, the user will first choose their approver before defining their preferred dates. Once scheduled by the user, the approver or the admin will receive a notification to approve the OOO request. Approvals can be done on the mobile app or web history chart. If an admin creates the OOO for a user, no approvals will be required.
