•	You agree to pay their fees and taxes as applicable.
•	Refunds are at our discretion.

7. User‑Generated Content

If you upload content (reviews, comments, images), you are solely responsible for it. We are not responsible for third‑party content. We reserve the right to remove any content without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kodecrew AG is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App—direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive.
